Privacy

Your privacy is extremely important to us. We will NEVER release any information to anyone about you in under any circumstances unless we are absolutely legally bound to. All information is compartmentalized as necessary. We operate on a need to know basis. Typically your initial contact request will be seen a single time by the Senior Solutions Consultant who then passes it on to the appropriate Mentor or Guide. You will only be dealing with your Mentor from there on out.

Access to your information is strictly controlled and restricted to only those who absolutely need it. Our computer security adviser ensures that every computer is completely free of viruses and malware and conforms to our security policy. All of our staff members are trained to be extremely discreet. Please rest assured that your are in safe hands. As is the case in the social work field, we hold privacy in high regards and are extremely strict about your privacy.

Legal

As of January 2011, Think Carton has begun the process of incorporating as a non-profit organization.

Think Carton is not a registered non-profit organization (namely because we don’t handle any money and technically don’t have employees since we are all strictly volunteer). We do not represent ourselves as licensed mental health professionals, health care professionals, therapists, or anything of that nature. Though some of us may be licensed in our respective states, we do are not operating under any professional licenses in any way shape or form when rendering our services. Our services are offered as-is. We do not make promises of any outcomes. By using our services, you agree to hold Think Carton and all of its constituents free of any liability or responsibility, waiving the right to take legal action.
